Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not ship internationally.

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure you select a USPS shipping option at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments We take great care in packaging our tools, but sometimes issues occur in transit.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at Noah@HilltopTool.com with photos of the damage. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at Noah@HilltopTool.com within 3 business days so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
