Pro Tip

When installing the trolley, arrange the spacer washers so that there is approximately 1/16" to 1/8" of total clearance between the wheel flanges and the edge of the beam. This slight gap prevents the wheels from binding against the beam web during travel, especially on curved tracks, ensuring smooth operation and reducing wear.
