The Makita GRH07M1 40V Max XGT® Brushless SDS-PLUS Rotary Hammer Kit is engineered for professionals who need high-impact performance in overhead, horizontal, or downward drilling and chipping. Powered by a Makita-built brushless motor, the GRH07M1 delivers 2.7 ft-lbs of impact energy with up to 5,000 BPM and 980 RPM. Constant speed control automatically boosts power under load, while Active Feedback-Sensing Technology (AFT®) shuts off the motor if the bit binds. Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT®) uses internal counterweights and air pressure to reduce vibration, improving comfort and control during extended use.

Dust management is built in with compatibility for OSHA Table 1 compliant HEPA extractors (model DX15 sold separately) or standalone AWS® Bluetooth-enabled extractors. Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) seals internal components against dust and moisture, and the tool includes an electric brake, variable speed dial, LED light, and tethering loop for elevated work.
