The Klein Tools NCVT7 Non-Contact Voltage Tester is designed to detect 12 to 1000V AC in cables, cords, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and wires without direct electrical contact. Its backlit LCD displays signal strength, while the three-color LED tip and adjustable audible alert provide additional indications as the tester approaches an AC voltage source.
